Echoes of the Past...v.2

Long, ago in the ancient land of Atlas, there was said to have been an age for which was created by filtering the natural energy of the world, mana, into various tools, instruments and people. Ancient scientists of the time used their understanding of this technology to birth wonderous machines into existence, the likes of which could allow hundreds of people to fly across the sky,  beasts to be transformed into synthetic soldiers, and the raw energy of the sun to be crystallized into batteries for entire cities to use to power their homes, however, turmoil and unrest between the governing body and those who would criticize them saw war spill out across the land, thus leading to the destruction of their Golden Era. 

Centuries later, the current ruling power known as the Grand Atlas Council of the Atlas Confederation seeks to unearth these ancient technologies. 

One such technology is an ancient war machine known as the BEHEMOTH, however, this great weapon is no simple tool which can be switched on or off at will, but instead a creature whose very existence can bring about the end of the world.

To control it, a young soldier by the name of Daniel will be sent out to recover this creature and thus bring it to heel for the confederacy, aiding him in his quest will be a equine beastman, and an odd fairy.

Will he be able to accomplish his mission?

That is a question that only those who would unearth the beast can say for certain, as it will be they who guide the behemoth to its destiny.

     This game is a 2D fantasy game in the style of the Final  Fantasy series of games with a heavy, plot drive narrative mixed with strong homoerotic elements.

   Survive through a desolate world filled with decay and suffering as you travel with a soldier of the current government as he collects various beasts/anthros, all of whom has unique ties to the past, and an ancient living war machine who is said to be able to destroy all if fully unleashed upon the world. There will opportunities to become intimate with various companion over the course of the journey, building upon their relationships with one another, both in and out of combat. All scenes with said characters will be skippable if you do not wish to engage with them, your choice, your prerogative as for how you wish to handle these encounters, with the ability to completely avoid them outright if you so choose.
